Shipping policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. Scope and definitions

1.1 This Shipping Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing, dispatch and delivery of products (the "Products") purchased through this website (the "Site") from DSZ Ecom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company having its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Pluvia (the "Seller", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2 This Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Seller's Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

1.3 The Seller's registered office is a registered address for service of process only. It is neither a shipping origin nor an address for the return of Products, and no item shall be sent to that address.

1.4 All enquiries concerning orders, delivery and refunds shall be directed to hello@trypluvia.com.

2. Delivery territory

2.1 The Seller delivers to street addresses located within the fifty (50) States of the United States and the District of Columbia (the "Delivery Territory").

2.2 The Seller does not deliver to post office boxes, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or to United States territories and possessions, and does not ship internationally.

2.3 Where an order specifies a delivery address outside the Delivery Territory, or where the Seller is otherwise unable to fulfil an order to the address provided, the Seller shall notify the Customer and shall refund in full any payment collected in respect of that order. The Seller shall not hold such an order pending correction without the Customer's instruction.

3. Charges

3.1 All prices are stated in United States dollars. The price displayed for each Product or pack is inclusive of standard shipping, handling, applicable sales tax, and any duties or customs charges that may apply.

3.2 No shipping minimum applies, and no handling fee, surcharge or other mandatory charge is added at checkout or upon delivery. Any tax included in the displayed price may be itemized in the order summary for the purposes of transparency, and such itemization shall not increase the amount payable.

3.3 The Customer shall not be required to pay any sum to any carrier or other party in order to take delivery of a parcel. Any duty, customs or handling charge capable of applying to an order is borne by the Seller and is reflected in the displayed price.

3.4 Where a carrier or other party demands payment from the Customer as a condition of delivery, the Customer shall notify the Seller promptly at hello@trypluvia.com, and the Seller shall discharge or otherwise resolve the demand. Where the Customer has already paid a charge properly borne by the Seller under clause 3.3, the Seller shall reimburse that charge upon production of a receipt and verification of the payment.

4. Processing and delivery times

4.1 The following periods are estimates and are not guaranteed:

  • Processing: one (1) to two (2) Business Days from receipt of the order to dispatch;
  • Transit: nine (9) to fourteen (14) Business Days from dispatch;
  • Aggregate: ten (10) to sixteen (16) Business Days from order to delivery.

4.2 For the purposes of this Policy, "Business Day" means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in the United States. Orders are neither processed nor dispatched on days which are not Business Days; an order received on such a day shall be processed on the next Business Day.

4.3 Where the Seller is handling an unusually high volume of orders, processing may require additional time, and the Seller shall notify the Customer where such circumstances affect that Customer's order. Transit may additionally be affected by carrier or postal delay and by other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

4.4 An order is dispatched when the parcel is tendered to the carrier. The generation of a shipping label does not constitute dispatch.

5. Delay in dispatch

5.1 Where the Seller is unable to dispatch an order within the period stated for that order, the Seller shall notify the Customer, shall state the revised period where it is known, and shall afford the Customer the options of consenting to the delay or cancelling the order, as required by applicable law.

5.2 Where the Customer declines the revised period, or where the consent required by applicable law is not obtained, the Seller shall cancel the affected unshipped order and shall refund the Customer promptly.

5.3 Amendment of this Policy or of any page of the Site does not vary the rights attaching to an order already placed.

6. Tracking

6.1 The Customer shall receive an order confirmation upon placing an order and a tracking reference upon dispatch.

6.2 Where tracking information has not been updated for a period of five (5) Business Days, the Customer should notify the Seller. Such an interval is ordinarily attributable to a carrier scanning gap; the Seller shall nonetheless make enquiry of the carrier.

7. Loss, damage and non-delivery

7.1 Risk of loss in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery, and not upon tender of the parcel to the carrier.

7.2 Where an order is lost, damaged or not delivered, the Seller shall, at the Customer's election and consistent with the Customer's legal rights, replace the Products or refund the sums paid, in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7.3 The Customer is not required to bring a claim against the carrier. The conduct of any carrier claim is the responsibility of the Seller.

7.4 Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes evidence of delivery but is not determinative. Where a parcel is recorded as delivered and the Customer states that it has not been received, the Seller shall investigate with the carrier and shall provide a replacement or a refund where the investigation supports the Customer's account.
