Does astaxanthin actually work?
Astaxanthin has been studied in randomised, placebo-controlled human trials across visual function, skin, recovery and oxidative stress.
For focusing, trials have used 5–12 mg over several weeks. In the one that compared doses side by side, 12 mg was the dose that improved objective focusing performance.

What if I already take fish oil?
You can take both. They’re not interchangeable.

How is this different from lutein & zeaxanthin?
